• We facilitate connections between users but do not physically transport items
• We do not guarantee delivery, earnings, item safety, or successful completion of any arrangement
• All agreements between Senders and Carriers — including delivery details, timing, and any compensation — are arranged directly between users

Users acknowledge and accept that Get Your Stuff acts solely as a technology platform and is not a logistics provider, courier service, carrier, or payment intermediary.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the Platform
• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping this information up to date
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account

4. User Responsibilities

All Users:

• Must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• Must interact respectfully and professionally with other users

Senders:

• Accurately describe items, including size, weight, and contents
• Ensure items are properly packaged and safe for transport
• Ensure items comply with the Prohibited Items list and Delivery Guidelines

Carriers:

• Safely transport items as agreed with the Sender
• Comply with all customs, airline, immigration, and local regulations
• Only transport items they are legally permitted to carry

5. Prohibited Items & Delivery Guidelines

Users must comply with the Prohibited Items list and Delivery Guidelines at all times. Transporting prohibited, restricted, or illegal items is strictly forbidden.

Get Your Stuff (gettingyourstuff.com) is not responsible for confiscation, delays, legal penalties, fines, or damages resulting from prohibited items or user non-compliance.

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring items comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Carry & Earn Disclaimer

• Carriers may choose to carry items for Senders and may agree to receive compensation
• Get Your Stuff does not guarantee earnings, verify compensation arrangements, or mediate disputes related to compensation
• Any agreement, disagreement, or dispute regarding compensation is solely between the users involved

7. Fees and Payments

• Users may indicate, discuss, and agree on compensation through features available on the Platform, including listings and in-platform messaging
• All payments are arranged and completed outside the Platform
• Get Your Stuff does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow services, or act as a payment intermediary

8. Limitation of Liability

Get Your Stuff (gettingyourstuff.com) is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, confiscation, or failure arising from transactions or interactions between users.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Get Your Stuff harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
